About the Role
We are seeking experienced Android Developers to join our on-site team in Columbus, Ohio . In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications that provide exceptional user experiences and meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop native Android applications using Kotlin and Java .
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to build feature-rich and user-friendly mobile applications.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through testing and optimization.
Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development tools, libraries, and frameworks.
Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and post-release support.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Android application development.
Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java .
Hands-on experience with Android SDK , Jetpack libraries , and Android Studio .
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , JSON , and modern mobile app architecture (MVP, MVVM, or MVI).
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Proven experience building, testing, and deploying apps to the Google Play Store .
Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to performance and reliability.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Coroutines , RxJava , or Compose UI .
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to Firebase , Push Notifications , or Google Play Services .
Knowledge of secure coding practices and mobile application security.
