A high end Pediatric Dental offices with locations in DORAL and CORAL GABLES, is looking for a motivated, intelligent, friendly individual to join our Front Desk Team. Must have at least 2 years experience on Dental Offices. Must be Bilingual: Spanish / English. The right candidate must show a high level of professionalism , great communication skills (verbal and written), able to multi task, phone etiquette and must have a dynamic personality, BE PUNCTUAL, responsible, courteous, reliable and self motivated. Position requires to work in both locations.
Duties include, but not limited to : Check in patients, schedule appointments, answer phones, insurance verification, prepare treatment plans, experience with Eaglesoft Dental Software and must have basic computer proficiency.
Ideally would want with Dental Experience / but we are willing to train.
