Greenwell Plumbing, Heating & Air has provided high-quality residential and commercial services to Southern Indiana and Kentucky for over 30 years. Our team is committed to our motto, “Simply Dependable,”and due to continued growth, we are seeking  Licensed Commercial New Construction Plumbers to join our team.

This role plays a key part in the successful completion of our commercial new construction projects.

*Current valid Kentucky Journeyman License Holders are granted a $2,500 total Bonus paid out quarterly through the first year! This is a token of our appreciation for helping us increase our footprint with your great talent!*

Role: Licensed Commercial New Construction Plumber

Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays

Pay:

• Piece/task pay with  uncapped earning potential
• Average annual salary: $70,000–$95,000+

Location: Southern Indiana and Kentucky service area

Role Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures throughout all phases of new construction projects
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals
• Read blueprints and layouts to ensure proper placement of pipelines
• Coordinate with team members for efficient and timely task completion
• Maintain accurate records of all materials used
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumber License or ability to obtain one within 90 days
• Proven experience in plumbing, especially in commercial new construction
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in new builds
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations for new construction
