Ensure that the sales process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly. Responsible for accurate underwriting. Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry. Requirements Licensing: Active NJ Life & Health or Property & Casualty License is desired. Experience: Previous experience in sales or insurance-related roles is advantageous. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Persistence: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and persuasively communicate with clients. Team Collaboration: Must be proactive and work collaboratively with teams to achieve sales goals.
