The Grout Medic of West Palm Beach—an established and fast-growing tile and grout restoration company—is seeking experienced Tile Technicians to join our professional team. We are looking for highly skilled technicians with a proven background in tile installation, tile replacement, re-grouting, grout removal, grout cleaning, and color sealing.
What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in tile installation, tile replacement, and tile repair
· Strong skillset in grout work including re-grouting, grout removal, grout cleaning, and color sealing
· Proficiency with silicone caulking , waterproofing techniques, and detail finishing
· Ability to diagnose tile and grout issues and perform high-quality repairs
· Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented work style
· Ability to follow established procedures and deliver high-end results on every job
Requirements:
· Must have a cell phone
· Must have personal vehicle
· Clean appearance and professional demeanor
· Ability to travel to customers' homes throughout Palm Beach County
· Must speak English well
· Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work visa
· Clean driving record (MVR will be checked)
· A criminal background check is required
Desired Skills:
· Experience in tile installation
· Experience with tile shower and floor rebuilds (minor), setting materials, and tile replacement
· Knowledge of grout types, sealers, caulks, and restoration tools
· Experience performing:
o Tile installation & replacement
o Re-grouting & grout repair
o Re-caulking
o Grout cleaning & color sealing
o Tile repair
o Water damage tile restoration
What We Offer:
● Flexible Hours: Full-time (M-F 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or part-time options
● Competitive hourly pay based on skill and experience
● Company vehicles are provided after 6 months with a good driving record. Initial period, personal vehicle will need to be used
